Are You Really Serious About Your Mental Tennis Game?

If you are really serious about playing the mental game, below are the things you may want to look at:tennis_8

Really commit to playing the mental game

and make it important to you at this time in your tennis life.

Read my new book Playing Zen-Sational Tennis

or listen to my CD’s

once a month for 12 months

or until you really know each lesson well and then read it every six months after the first year. I know, you are saying to yourself that David just wants to sell his books or CD’s to make money. Well, if you knew me, you would know that that just isn’t true. My goal is to help you play the best you can and I sincerely believe that having one my books to refer to is critical.

 Read Ron Waite’s e-book:

Perfect Tennis, 10 Steps to a Much Better Game.

This e-book compliments my book and gives you easy and necessary steps for you to take to facilitate improving your game. Only $10.00 and it is an absolute must if you are really serious about improving. Go here to order … www.tennisserver.com/turbo/perfect-tennis.htm

Re-read The Inner Game of Tennis

every six months to a year or if you have not read it yet, read it for the first time.

Every time you practice and on every ball you hit,

work on some aspect of your mental game.

Don’t just mindlessly hit balls.

 Every time you play points,

make “The Core Principles”

the most important thing you do.

These Core Principles are the first, last, and end all of playing the mental game. All the other lessons are just explanations of the mental state you must be in to actually do these Core Principles.

Realize that playing the mental game

is a life long process.

Give it a chance by making it important and truly applying yourself. Contact me if you have any questions. I am here to help you.

 So, there you have it.

It is now up to you. I hope you go for it as it is truly a better way to play this wonderful game of tennis.
