However, my new book Play Zen-Sational Tennis, which you get with the CDs, have many more lessons than on the CDs

As I have always said, this way of playing is an ongoing process and as I become aware of “new ways” or “deeper ways” to play the mental game I pass them on to you and in my new book you get everything to date.
