What are the five Fallacies About God

Five Beliefs About God That Create Crises, Violence, Killing, and War (pg 29)

1. You believe that God needs something.
2. You believe that God can fail to get what He needs.
3. You believe that God has separated you from Him because you have not given  Him
     what He needs.
4. You believe that God still needs what He needs so badly that God now requires you,
from your separated position, to give it to Him.
5. You believe that God will destroy you if you do not meet His requirements.

What are the Five Fallacies About Life?

The Five Fallacies About Life (pg 37-38)

1. Human beings are separate from each other.

2. There is not enough of what human beings need to be happy.

3. To get the stuff of which there is not enough, human beings must compete with each
      other.

4. Some human beings are better than other human beings.

5. It is appropriate for human beings to resolve severe differences created by all the
other fallacies by killing each other.

What does God say about  what to do about how to interpret Holy Scriptures? Pg 54

“Believe as you wish, follow your heart and you soul where it leads you, but do not seek to impose your views on others – and certainly do not seek to do so by force.”

Chapter 8 – First New Revelation

What’s the “New First Revelation” – Pg 80

“God has never stopped communication directly with human beings. God has been communicating with human  beings with, and through, human beings from the beginning of time. God does so today.”

See the Expressions found on page 90 in TNR (also found in Book 1) about leaders teaching others to be leaders, etc.

Chapter 9 – Second New Revelation

Every human being is as special as every other human being who has ever lived, or ever will live. You are all messengers. Everyone of you. You are carrying a message to life about life every day. Every hour. Every moment.” – pg 91 & 94 TNR

Chapter 10 – Third New Revelation

“No path to God is more direct than any other path. No religion is the “one true religion”, no people are “the chosen people”, and no prophet is the “greatest prophet” – pg 97-98 TNR

Fourth New Revelation

“God needs nothing. God requires nothing in order to be happy. God is happiness itself. Therefore, God requires nothing of anyone or anything in the universe” – Pg 102 TNR

Chapter 11 – About God –  Pg 115

Chapter 12 – Fifth New Revelation – Pg 126

“God is not a singular Super Being, living somewhere in the Universe or outside of it, having the same emotional needs  and subject to the same emotional turmoil as humans. That Which is God cannot be hurt or damaged in any way, and so, has no need to seek revenge or impose punishment.”

Sixth New Revelation

“All things are One Thing. There is only One Thing and all things are part of the One Thing That Is.”

Chapter 14

Information about New Revelations and beliefs – Pg 152

“There is something I do not understand about God and about Life, the understanding of which will change everything” – Pg 153

Practice – Read CWG Book once a Day and meditate (sit quietly) at least once a day

Question to ask someone who is hurting you or doing horrible things.

“What hurts you so much that you feel you have to hurt me to heat it?” – Pg 162

“To be a healer you must understand that nobody does anything inappropriate, given their model of the world” – Pg 162

“It means that you have to understand that it is valid for them. You have to be ready to say the “Nine Words That Could Heal The World.” “I can understand how you could feel that way.” “ – Pg 162

Rather than discover people of companies that don’t exhibit our philosophy or values, we would like to discover those that “show us the way”.

Chapter 16 – Seventh New Revelation

There is no such thing as Right and Wrong. There is only What Works and What Does Not Work depending upon what it is that you seek to be or have.

I know that this sounds radical, so you must read the rest of chapter 16, CWG TNR, pgs 164-178

Our church will not be a complete rejection of the old, but rather, it will expand upon the old.

“For the world must now invent itself anew. Yet honor the past as you envision the future. Do not completely reject old beliefs, nor require anyone else to. Enlarge upon them, alter them where alteration seems appropriate, and invite others to do the same.

Let your New Spirituality be not the rejections, but the fulfillment of all that you old religious laws and your ancient prophets have promised you. And when others ask what you are doing, say “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law of the Prophets, I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them” pg 178 TNR

“Nothing in a person’ race, gender, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, or any other aspect of individuality, shall disqualify that person form participation fully and equally in the human experience at the highest level”

The New Gospel

“We are all One”

“Ours is not a better way, ours is merely another way”

Maybe my ways work better for me (at this time in my life) but that doesn’t meat that this is the way for all others.

It would be wonderful if all religious leaders as well as all people could say, “God loves all God’s children, and we are all one. There are many paths to God, and God denies no one who takes a path with humility and sincerity. Ours is not a better way, ours is merely another way”

Blasphemy ch 20, pg 216

I has been said, “All great truth begins as blasphemy”

The 4 Blasphemies

“The first blasphemy is that God would speak to humans all in this day and age.”

“The second blasphemy is that God demands nothing of humans.”

“The third blasphemy is that God and humans are one.”

“The fourth and greatest blasphemy  – the statement that will be the hardest for humans to accept – is that many of the most sacred beliefs of human beings are fallacies. They are simply false.”

The Basic Principles of Life – pg 223 TNR

Functionality
Adaptability
Sustainability

All of Life exhibits these principles. All of life demonstrates them. – see further discussion on pg 223-225 TNR

Eighth New Revelation – Pg 271 TNR

“You are not your  body. Who you are is limitless and without end. Read Chapter 24. pg 274 TNR for discussion of this eighth New Revelation.

For a fascinating explanation of the soul – pgs 275-279 TNR

An important goal in life, “Do not let a moment go by in which you have an opportunity to tell someone how magnificent they are. Do not let on opportunity pass in which you may offer praise. Give people the gift of self-esteem, and you have given them a gift that many cannot find to give themselves.” Pg 283 TNR
